Effective July 19, 2024: dedicated computer at the Emporia Public Library (110 E Sixth Ave) is available for patrons seeking legal information.

The computer provides access to digital copies of the Kansas Bar Association manuals and Westlaw.

The purpose of the Lyon County Law Library (LCLL) is to provide access to legal information for attorneys and to help the public learn to use legal resources.
